New Federal Labor Law Poster for ARRA Whistleblowers?
August 27th, 2009Q: Is there a new whistleblower poster for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009?
A: Any non-federal employer receiving recovery funds under the ARRA is required to post a notice regarding whistleblower protections.
The new poster, “Know Your Rights Under the Recovery Act”, is now available and must be posted at all Recovery Act job sites. It can be downloaded at http://www.recovery.gov/Contact/ReportFraud/Pages/WhistleBlowerInformation.aspx under Whistleblower Rights Poster.
Since this poster only applies to employers receiving recovery funds, it is not a general requirement and will not be included on our federal labor law poster.
