Unemployment Poster Changes in MD & MN but Previous Versions Still OK

A new state unemployment poster has been issued in Maryland and Minnesota, but the previous version of both required posters is still valid. 

  • Maryland:  No update required for Unemployment Insurance, according to the MD Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation.  Poster changes are added phone number, complaints handled by a different office, and new revision date of 12/10. 
  • MinnesotaNo update required for Unemployment Benefits, according to Unemployment Insurance Minnesota. Poster changes are new name and website address for unemployment handbook, and new revision date of 12/10.
