**Purchase Policy**
Credit Card Ordering Offline:
In order to maintain the highest level of FULL SECURITY for our
business customers, we also accept credit card information off-line,
via phone, mail or fax. We will also send you a receipt via fax,
upon request.
P.O. # / "Bill Me" Option:
We offer a convenient billing system in which Poster Compliance
Center will send the invoice along with the posters. Full payment
is requested upon receipt.
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority
at Poster Compliance Center. If you are not completely satisfied
with our products, you may return them per the following instructions:
The posters must be returned within 30 days
of the date you receive them. If possible, please use the same packing materials that
the posters were shipped in. Include a copy of the invoice with
a brief statement as to why you are returning the items. Please
note if this is a "partial" return. Allow up to 30 days after our receipt
of the posters for credit or refund to be issued. If you have any questions regarding our "poster
return policy", feel free to call our Customer Service Department
at 800-322-3636. We appreciate your assistance in helping
us resolve your return issues as quickly as possible.
Special Pricing
For Special Pricing call Customer Service at 800-322-3636 and ask for "Special Pricing." We will be happy to accommodate you. Large orders are considered to be any order of 20 or more posters.
