OSHA Posters for Your Occupational Safety and Health
If you purchase your company’s required federal and state labor law posters from Poster Compliance Center, you’ll be in compliance with all OSHA poster requirements.
The Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Act, a law passed in 1970, established the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA). OSHA’s federal workplace health and safety regulations cover most private sector workplaces with a few exceptions, such as self-employed individuals.
The OSH Act allows states to develop their own workplace health and safety programs as long as those programs cover public sector employees and provide protections at least equal to federal OSHA regulations. OSHA primarily handles the enforcement and administration of the OSH Act in states under federal jurisdiction, operating through 10 regions.

If your company is covered by the OSH Act, you’re required to display the OSHA “Job Safety and Health: It’s the law” posting in a conspicuous place. The posting is part of Poster Compliance Center’s federal labor law poster. If you operate a business in a state or U.S. territory with its own OSHA-approved plan, your state labor law poster from Poster Compliance Center will include the mandatory state OSHA posting information. Either way, we’ve got your OSHA poster requirements covered.
Our federal and state labor law posters are available laminated or as unlaminated green labor law posters. You can buy a federal and state labor law poster set or take advantage of our best value: our onesystem 1-Year Compliance Plan, which automatically keeps you in compliance and up to date for 12 months.
