The latest required change to the Arizona labor law poster is on the AZ poster called “Work Exposure to MRSA, Spinal Meningitis and TB”.
The poster, which has changed because the Arizona Workers Compensation Law was amended, includes new information about how certain employee classes can establish claims related to methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), spinal meningitis or tuberculosis (TB).
- The time period for reporting exposure to the employer has been increased from 10 to 30 days.
- The time period for an employee to be diagnosed with MRSA has been extended from 10 to 15 days.
