CA, DC, WI Labor Law Posters Change but Previous Versions OK

The California Unemployment poster, Washington DC Minimum Wage poster and Wisconsin Fair Employment poster have been updated, but the previous versions of these required state labor law posters are still valid.

• California:   No update required for Unemployment Insurance/ Disability Insurance/ Paid Family Leave poster.   Minor change to contact information. Change from Revision 40 to Revision 41.   Same revision date (12/12).

• Washington DC:   No update required for Minimum Wage poster.   Address change.   No revision date.

• Wisconsin:   No update required for Fair Employment Law poster.   ‘Military service membership’ category changed to ‘military service’.   New revision date of 4/13.
