California Minimum Wage Is Now $9 – Is Your CA Labor Law Poster Current?

The California minimum wage increased July 1 to $9.00 per hour, and increases again on Jan. 1, 2016, to $10.00 per hour.

Does your California labor law poster show these increases?

If you are on our 1-Year Compliance Plan, you already received a California labor law poster including the new minimum wage rates earlier this year.

If you still need to update your CA poster, order our 1-Year Compliance Plan – you’ll get the new wage increases now and any future mandatory updates will be free.

An update to the CA workers’ compensation poster called “Injuries Caused by Work” is still pending and our poster will be updated when the state finalizes new regulations. It is also possible that California may pass a new paid sick leave law.

You can make it easy to keep track of changes like these by signing up for our Free Labor Law Update Notification.   We will notify you whenever mandatory poster updates are issued.

To learn about our 1-Year Compliance Plan with free automatic updates or for more information about the CA labor law poster, go to the Poster Compliance Center California labor law poster page or call 1-800-322-3636.
