California Updates Whistleblower Poster; New CA Labor Law Poster Required
The latest required change to the California labor law poster is found on the CA Whistleblowers Are Protected poster.
Whistleblowers have expanded protections based on new amendments to the law, including:
- Employees are protected when they notify an authorized person within the company.
- Whistleblowers are protected when disclosing information about violations of local laws.
- Definition of whistleblower now includes employees who refuse to participate in activity that would violate the law.
Another Change Ahead
