The latest required addition to the federal labor law poster is a new National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) poster for private employers. The 60-day period for public comments on the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) Notice of Proposed Rulemaking has ended.  The proposed rule would require private sector employers to display a federal labor law poster notifying employees of their rights under the federal National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).
