Will the New York Minimum Wage Poster Change Because of the New Overtime Law?

Q:  Is there an upcoming change to the New York labor law poster because of the new overtime law? A: There is a new law for New York called Notice of Pay Rate and Payday for New Hires.  However, at this time there will be no changes to the New York minimum wage poster, according to the New York State Department of Labor, Labor Standards Division.

Revised New York Labor Law Poster Includes Human Rights New Disability Requirements

A revised New York anti-discrimination poster includes language stating that “reasonable accommodations” may be required in places of public accommodation, resort or amusement for persons with disabilities.
