Q&A: Federal Affordable Care Act Notice of Coverage Options

Q.  Will a new federal labor law poster be required for the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Notice to Employees of Coverage Options?

A:  The federal Notice to Employees of Coverage Options Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), which is part of the Affordable Care Act, requires that a written notice be provided to each employee.  Since there is no posting requirement, this will not be added to our federal labor law poster.
