Workers Compensation – Required Poster Update for Kansas

The latest required change to the Kansas labor law poster is on the Workers Compensation poster.

Injured employees now have shorter time periods by which they must notify their employers or risk denial of their claims.

The updated poster applies to accidents on or after April 25, 2013.  The Kansas poster also includes a workers’ compensation poster which applies to accidents on or after May 15, 2011.
