Kentucky Updates Minimum Wage Posters; New KY Labor Law Poster Required

The latest required changes to the Kentucky labor law poster are on the Wage & Hour poster and the Wage Discrimination poster.

• Wage & Hour:   Definition of “employee” clarified in the Overtime section.   Legal reference added in Minimum Wage section.   No revision date.
• Wage Discrimination Because of Sex:   New addition of phone number, fax number and website address.   No revision date.
