Maine Updates Minimum Wage & Child Labor Posters; New ME Poster Required

The latest required changes to the Maine labor law poster are on the Child Labor poster and the Minimum Wage poster.

• Child Labor Laws:   New Maine child labor law extends the hours that 16- and 17-year-olds may work when school is in session.
• Minimum Wage:   Pooling of tips may be required of service workers only.
