Maryland Changes Health Insurance Poster; Poster Update Required

The latest required change to the Maryland labor law poster is on the MD Health Insurance poster.

Workers who may now be eligible for coverage by their former employer’s health insurance policy include:

• Those who quit their jobs
• Those who are terminated for a reason other than for cause.
