Minnesota Redesigns Labor Law Posters But Previous Versions Compliant

Minnesota’s Department of Labor & Industry has redesigned four posters that employers are required to display: Minnesota OSHA, Minimum Wage, Age Discrimination, and Workers’ Compensation.

Although the posters have a new look, the regulations explained within them have not changed, so  employers are not required to replace their current posters,  according to the Department.
