Missouri Updates Minimum Wage, Discrimination Posters; New MO Labor Law Poster Required

The latest required changes to the Missouri labor law poster are found on two discrimination posters and the 2013 minimum wage poster.

Changes include:

• Minimum Wage — Minimum wage increases to $7.35 per hour as of Jan. 1, 2013. Minimum rate for tipped employees increases to $3.675 per hour as of Jan. 1. New Revision Date of 1/13.
• Discrimination in Employment — Changed information about discrimination based on association with someone in a protected category. Removed information about making pre-employment inquiries. New Revision Date of 11/12.
• Discrimination in Public Accommodations — New information about providing accessible parking and accessible public restrooms. Removed information about making pre-employment inquiries. New Revision Date of 11/12.
