Nevada Adds New Minimum Wage Bulletins on July 1st, 2013

Two new required posters have been added to the Nevada labor law poster called “2013 Annual Minimum Wage Bulletin” and “2013 Annual Daily Overtime Bulletin”, although rates will be unchanged this year.

According to the Nevada Office of the Labor Commissioner, these 2013 annual bulletins must be posted in addition to the wage and hour poster called “Rules to be Observed by Employers”, which is already on our Nevada state poster.

The Annual Minimum Wage Bulletin and Annual Daily Overtime Bulletin provide current rates and specific details of these laws.

Nevada voters approved a minimum wage increase in 2006 which requires an annual recalculation, effective July 1. This year the rates will remain at $7.25 per hour for employees with health benefits and at $8.25 for employees without health benefits.

We are publishing an updated NV state poster with these latest changes.   For more information about the Nevada labor law poster or to learn more about our OneSystem 1-Year Compliance Plan with automatic updates, go to the Poster Compliance Center Nevada labor law poster page or call 1-800-322-3636.
