The latest required changes to the Nevada labor law poster are on the 2015 Minimum Wage and Daily Overtime Bulletin posters.
The minimum wage rate and the daily overtime rate for the year, which are based on an annual recalculation, will be unchanged effective July 1st. The rates for minimum wage will continue to be no less than $7.25 per hour for employees for whom qualifying benefits are available and no less than $8.25 per hour for all other employees. The rates for overtime are still $10.875 per hour for employees for whom qualifying health benefits are available and $12.375 per hour for all other employees.
