New CA Workers’ Comp Poster Must Be Up By Oct. 8

The new version of the California Workers’ Compensation poster must be posted by Oct. 8, according to the California Division of Workers’ Compensation.

The revised poster, called “Notice to Employees – Injuries Caused by Work”, includes many changes because of recently amended Medical Provider Network (MPN) and employee information regulations for the California workers’ compensation laws.
