New Hampshire Revises Definition of “Employee”; New NH Labor Law Poster Required

New Hampshire’s Department of Labor has updated its Criteria to Establish an Employee or Independent Contractor poster. This mandatory workplace posting eliminates four criteria defining who is exempt from employee status, effective August 6, 2012.
