New Hampshire’s Department of Labor has updated its mandatory Whistleblowers’ Protection Act poster with a new revision date of 8/12. The updated poster states that employees “may request” a hearing with the New Hampshire Department of Labor instead of stating a hearing “would be available” after exhausting the grievance procedure.

The poster now includes a section for public employees.
