The latest required changes to the New Jersey labor law poster are updates to two wage posters and a new gender equity poster:
- Wage & Hour Abstract–Minimum wage increased to $8.25 per hour as of Jan. 1, 2014.
- Gender Equity– New poster for employers of 50 or more. Prohibits gender inequity or bias in employment. Strict time limits for filing discrimination charges.
- Payment of Wages – Notice requirement for employers. New information about allowable deductions from employees’ wages.
