The latest required change on the New Jersey labor law poster is on the Payment of Wages poster.
New information states that the New Jersey Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development may direct any appropriate agency to suspend any licenses held by an employer who was previously given notice and an opportunity for a hearing.
The Commissioner is responsible for monitoring and enforcing a new state law (S. 2773) which allows certain licenses to be suspended when companies repeatedly violate New Jersey’s wage, benefits or tax laws.
