Ohio Updates Minimum Wage Poster for 2015; New OH Labor Law Poster Required

The latest required change to the Ohio labor law poster is on the Minimum Wage poster.

Ohio’s minimum wage increases from $7.95 to $8.10 per hour as of January 1, 2015, and then the minimum wage rate will be adjusted annually for inflation every January 1^st. Additionally, the minimum wage for tipped employees increases from $3.98 to $4.05 per hour, plus tips. Lastly, employers who gross less than $297,000, increased from $292,000, shall pay their employees no less than the current federal minimum wage of $7.25 per hour.
