Oklahoma Issues Revised Discrimination Poster; No New OK Labor Law Poster Required

Oklahoma has revised its mandatory discrimination poster to reflect the fact that discrimination complaints must now be filed with the OK Attorney General’s Office of Civil Rights Enforcement rather than the OK Human Rights Commission, as was  formerly  the case. According to the state, the updated poster, which has no revision date,  is not a mandatory change.
