Oklahoma Updates Workers’ Comp Poster on February 1st, 2014; New OK Labor Law Poster Required

The latest required change to the Oklahoma labor law poster is a revised version of the Workers’ Compensation poster.

A new law effective Feb. 1, 2014, caused extensive changes to the poster, including new deadlines for claims and new information about fraud, notice of injury and services employers must provide.
