Oregon Retracts Updated OSHA Poster; Previous Version of Labor Law Poster Still OK

Oregon OSHA recently issued an updated OSHA poster with changes to the time period for filing discrimination complaints, but the updated labor law poster has now been retracted.

The required OR labor law poster has been changed back to the previous version with the exception of a new Revision Date of 3/13.

Oregon OSHA has confirmed that the OSHA poster on our current Oregon state poster – OR_1 (10-12) – is still compliance.
