The latest required change to the Oregon labor law poster is on the Oregon OSHA poster.
The time period has been extended for filing discrimination complaints with federal OSHA.
Employees may file complaints of discrimination by their employer for making safety and health complaints with federal OSHA within 90 days. This is the same time period allowed for filing discrimination complaints with the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries.
