Hawaii Updates Minimum Wage Poster; New HI Labor Law Poster Required

The latest required change to the Hawaii labor law poster is on the Minimum Wage poster. Hawaii’s minimum wage increases to $7.75 per hour effective January 1, 2015, to $8.50 per hour effective January 1, 2016, to $9.25 per hour effective January 1, 2017, and to $10.10 per hour effective January 1, 2018. Hawaii Unemployment Poster Changes; New HI Labor Law Poster Required

Hawaii Updates OSHA Poster Again; New HI Labor Law Poster Required

The latest required change to the Hawaii labor law poster is another change to the OSHA poster. The Hawaii OSHA (HIOSH) poster changed in February with new information about increased penalties for violating the law. The newest change is that HIOSH regulations do not apply to employees working on military installations.
