Pennsylvania Updates Unemployment Poster; New PA Labor Law Poster Required

The latest required change to the Pennsylvania labor law poster is on the Unemployment Compensation poster. The updated poster includes new information about reporting requirements for those filing claims and an expanded section about penalties for committing criminal offenses to obtain benefits.  In addition, the Employer Account Number must now be displayed on the poster. Idaho & Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Posters Change but Previous Versions OK

New minimum wage posters have been issued for Idaho and Pennsylvania, but the previous versions of both required state labor law posters are still valid.  Idaho:  No update required for Minimum Wage poster.  Changes are previous minimum wage rates for 2007 and 2008 removed, and revision date changed to 7/09.  Pennsylvania:  No update required for Minimum Wage poster.  Changes are names of Governor and Secretary of Department of Labor & Industry
