Update to New York City’s Pregnancy Rights Poster

Attention, Connecticut Employers — New Pregnancy Discrimination Notice Just Released

Based on the passage of An Act Concerning Pregnant Women in the Workplace (the Act), Connecticut just released its Pregnancy Discrimination and Accommodation in the Workplace notice, which must be posted by all employers with 3 or more employees. New Pregnancy Accommodation Law for Employees in Nevada

On June 2, 2017, Nevada passed the Pregnant Workers’ Fairness Act. The law goes into effect on October 1, 2017; however, the workplace notice requirement went into effect on June 2, when the law was signed by the governor. Washington DC Creates Pregnant Workers Poster and Updates Unemployment Poster; New DC Labor Law Posters Required

The latest required changes to the Washington, DC labor law poster are on the Protecting Pregnant Workers and Unemployment Compensation posters. First, DC has created a new poster based on the Protecting Pregnant Workers Fairness Act that went into effect in March of 2015.
