Washington, D.C. Updates Accrued Leave Poster for Employers with Spanish-Speaking Employees

Washington, D.C. has updated its Accrued Sick & Safe Leave Act labor law poster by adding the Spanish version.  However, the District has informed us that only employers with employees who have limited English proficiency must post in Spanish. The Sick Leave poster will not be updated on our D.C. labor law poster since the Spanish section is not required for all employers.
