Washington Increases Minimum Wage for 2013; WA Labor Law Poster Updated

The  latest change  to the Washington labor law poster is the new minimum wage of $9.19 per hour, effective from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2013, according to the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries. Workers who are 14 or 15 years old may be paid 85% of the adult minimum wage, or $7.81.

The annual Jan. 1 WA minimum wage adjustment is caused by any increase in the Consumer Price Index.

We will publish an updated Washington labor law poster including the new WA minimum wage poster.
