
A revised West Virginia unemployment compensation poster has been issued by Workforce West Virginia.
The updated WV labor law poster must be posted by all employers.
An alternative base period can now be used to meet monetary eligibility requirements for receiving West Virginia unemployment benefits, in addition to the regular base period mentioned in the previous poster.
