WI, NH Labor Law Posters Change but Previous Versions OK

Two Wisconsin posters and five New Hampshire posters have been updated, but the previous versions of these required state labor law posters are still valid.

• Wisconsin: No update is required for the Minimum Wage poster. Minor changes to addresses. New revision date of 04/2014.

• Wisconsin: No update is required for Fair Employment Law poster. Minor changes to addresses. New revision date of 05/2014.

• New Hampshire: No update is required for the Whistleblowers’  Protection poster, Criteria to Establish an Employee or Independent Contractor poster, Worker’s Right to Know Act poster, Minimum Wage poster, and Protective Legislation Law poster. Minor change updating the name of an official. New revision date of 04/22/14.
