The latest required change to the Connecticut labor law poster is on the CT discrimination poster called “Discrimination Is Illegal”. Connecticut law has been amended to include “transgender status” as a new protected category in employment, housing and public accommodations, and credit transactions. Also, the category called “mental retardation” has been changed to “intellectual disability” on the revised poster issued by the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights & Opportunities (CHRO).
