The latest required change to the Kansas labor law poster is on the Workers Compensation poster. Injured employees now have shorter time periods by which they must notify their employers or risk denial of their claims. Kansas Updates Workers' Comp Poster; No New KS Poster Required

Kansas has updated its mandatory workers’ compensation poster for accidents occurring on or after 5/15/11 by changing one phone number. The toll-free number is still the same. No new version of this poster is required.
