South Carolina Updates Right-to-Work Law; New SC Labor Law Poster Required

South Carolina has updated its mandatory Labor Law Abstract poster due to recent revisions to state law. The “Right-to-Work” section now includes an increased fine of between $1,000 and $10,000 and/or imprisonment for not less than 10 days or more than 30 days.  The previous poster included a fine of not more than $100 per violation. Tennessee Issues Right To Work Poster, But Posting Not Mandatory

The Tennessee Department of Labor & Workforce Development has issued a Right to Work poster, but the department’s Labor Standards Division says this is not a mandatory workplace posting.
