Updated Minimum Wage Poster for Mountain View CA Available

As we have discussed, the possibility of a wage increase in Mountain View has had its ups and downs in 2015. Although the original wage ordinance did not allow for an increase because the CPI did not have a gain, the city council has passed a new ordinance in time for a January 1, 2016 increase.

Information on the New Ordinance

Under the new minimum wage ordinance, the first increase is to $11.00 on January 1, 2016, with future increases of $13.00 on January 1, 2017, $15.00 on January 1, 2018, and then a January 1 annual regional CPI increase will follow.
