How do I place a tax-exempt order?

Eligible tax-exempt organizations can place a tax-exempt order during checkout by following these steps:

1. Sign in to your account (required for this process).
2. During checkout, select Add New Certificate under Exemption Certificate.
3. Complete the required tax-exemption information.
4. Finish placing your order.
5. Email your valid tax-exempt certificate to [email protected], with your order number in the subject line, so your order can be processed quickly.

Note: Emailing your certificate is a required step, not optional — your order won’t be fully processed until it’s reviewed and approved. Once approved, your certificate will be saved to your account, so you can simply select it at checkout for future orders instead of re-entering your information.
