California’s Division of Workers’ Compensation has issued the long-awaited update to the ‘Notice to Employees – Injuries Caused by Work’ poster, which incorporates wide-ranging changes to the CA workers compensation system passed in September 2012. The final regulations for SB 863 were approved Aug. 22, 2015, and will be effective for all benefit notices as of Jan. 1, 2016, according to the state Department of Industrial Relations.
