Minimum Wage, Wage Theft & ESST (December 2025)
Effective January 1, 2026, the minimum wage in Saint Paul, Minnesota will rise to $16.37/hour for large businesses with 101+ employees. The minimum wage will remain $15.00/hour for small businesses with 6-100 employees, and $13.25/hour for micro businesses with 5 or fewer employees. July 2026 wage information has also been added to the notice. On that date, the wage for small employers (with 6-100 employees) will rise to $16.37/hour, and the wage for micro employers (with 5 or fewer employees) will rise to $14.25/hour.
