- Employers with 25 or fewer employees must pay a minimum wage of $14.00 per hour.
- Effective January 1, 2022:
- Employers with 26 or more employees must pay a minimum wage of $16.00 per hour.
- Employers with 25 or fewer employees must pay a minimum wage of $15.00 per hour.
- Effective January 1, 2023:
- Employers with 26 or more employees must pay a minimum wage of $17.00 per hour.
- Employers with 25 or fewer employees must pay a minimum wage of $16.00 per hour.
- Thereafter, the minimum wage will be adjusted yearly based on CPI with a max of 3.5%.
