Paid Family and Medical Leave
Effective January 1, 2026, the maximum Paid Family and Medical Leave weekly benefit will rise to $1,230.39.
Unemployment Insurance
The URL to file a claim for unemployment insurance online has been updated. The instructions for filing online have also been updated, and claimants are now told to log into their MyMassGov account to file a claim online.
The notice now states that employers must give a copy of the How to Apply for Unemployment Insurance Benefits pamphlet within 30 days of the separating employee's final day of work.
