Labor Law Posters in Idaho
Maintaining labor law compliance in Idaho can be simple. Our state and federal labor law poster solutions eliminate the guesswork with current, accurate notices and hassle-free updates.
Technical Specifications and Formats
Choose the poster format and language options that fit your workplace:
- Separate State and Federal Posters: This format includes individual Idaho and federal posters. Each poster measures 18 inches wide by 24 inches high.
- All-in-one Posters: This combined option places state and federal notices on a single poster measuring 18 inches wide by 48 inches high. Spanish editions may use different dimensions.
- English and Spanish availability: Posters are offered in English and Spanish. Spanish versions can differ in size and may not include every notice featured on the English version. If 10% or more of your employees are Spanish-speaking, we recommend posting a Spanish poster.
- Durable, full-color printing: Each poster is professionally designed for readability and printed in full color on waterproof, tear-resistant material suited to active workplace environments.
- Quick compliance confirmation: Check whether your poster is current anytime with our Poster Code Checker. Scan the QR code or enter the SKU printed on your poster to verify its status in seconds.
Compliance Plans vs. Poster Sets
Idaho employers can purchase posters as needed or enroll in a compliance plan for ongoing support.
- Compliance plan coverage: One-, two- and three-year plans include the current mandatory state and federal notices. When a mandatory posting requirement changes, compliance-plan subscribers receive the needed update at no additional charge.
- Subscriber-only benefits: Compliance-plan subscribers receive a dedicated account representative, compliance certificate, posting regulation letter and $41,000 violation warranty. The warranty applies when subscribers post the updates we provide as required.
- Shipping and cancellation: Initial orders are subject to standard shipping rates. Updates issued to active compliance-plan subscribers ship free. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Poster sets without a plan: Choose a state and federal poster combination or a state-only poster set if you prefer a one-time purchase. These options do not include automatic mandatory updates, subscriber warranty coverage or dedicated account support.
