Effective July 17, workers aged 14 and 15 in Nebraska may be paid $13.50/hour, which will remain the youth minimum wage for the next four years. Also effective July 17, workers aged 16-19 may be paid a “training wage” of $13.50/hour for the first 90 days of employment. The state’s Minimum Wage notice has been updated to reflect these changes and to list the projected minimum wage rates for the next four years.

Effective July 1, 2026, the minimum wage in Santa Monica, CA will rise to $18.47/hour for most workers, and $25.00/hour for hotel workers. The updated labor law notices are available in English and Spanish.
Effective July 1, 2026, the minimum wage in Milpitas, CA will rise to $18.50/hour. The updated labor law notices are available in English, Spanish, Korean, simplified Chinese, Vietnamese and Tagalog.

Effective July 1, 2026, the minimum wage in Cook County, IL will rise to $15.40/hour for non-tipped workers and $9.25/hour for tipped workers. The updated labor law notice is available in English and Spanish.
Effective July 1, 2026, the minimum wage in Berkeley, CA will rise to $19.61/hour. The updated labor law notice is available in English and Spanish.
Effective July 1, 2026, the minimum wage in Alameda, CA will rise to $17.76/hour. The updated labor law notice is available in English and Spanish.
Effective July 1, 2026, the minimum wage in the city of Los Angeles, CA will rise to $18.42/hour. The notice is available in English and Spanish.
Effective July 1, 2026, the minimum wage in unincorporated Los Angeles County will rise to $18.47/hour. The county’s Minimum Wage notice has been updated. Spanish versions of the Fair Chance Hiring and No Employee Retaliation notices have also been added to the poster.
