Employees who feel they have been discriminated against must now file a complaint within 30 days of the alleged discrimination.
The notice is available in English and Spanish.
Discrimination in Public Accommodations
The office to the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights has been changed. Some text has been capitalized or reformatted. **While the state has modified this notice, we have determined that this change will not impact the compliance of our previous poster version.
Equal Employment Opportunity
On the list of prohibited discriminatory bases, "pregnancy" was updated to include "including childbirth and related medical conditions." A section talking about the law under the Kentucky Pregnant Workers Act (KPWA) was also modified to discuss the law under the Kentucky Civil Rights Act (KCRA) instead, and the address to the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights was updated.
