Labor Law Posters in Rhode Island
Our Rhode Island labor law posters help employers organize required workplace notices in the right format, with support for state, federal and OSHA posting needs.
Technical Specifications and Formats
Choose the Rhode Island labor law poster format and support options that match your workplace requirements:
- Two formats: Select Separate State and Federal Posters, each measuring 18 by 24 inches, or an All-in-one Poster that combines Rhode Island and federal notices on one 18 by 48-inch display. Spanish poster dimensions may vary.
- English and Spanish:Â English and Spanish options are available for both formats, though Spanish editions may not include all notices. If 10% or more of your workforce is Spanish-speaking, ordering the Spanish edition alongside the English edition can support clearer employee access.
- Quality materials: Posters are printed in full color on waterproof, tear-resistant stock designed for durable workplace posting.
- Compliance checking: Each poster includes a QR code and SKU verification via the Poster Code Checker, giving HR teams a simple way to confirm whether their posters are up to date.
Compliance Plans vs. Poster Sets
Rhode Island labor law posters need to reflect current mandatory posting requirements, and a compliance plan can help your team keep required notices current:
- Subscription details: Compliance plan subscribers receive updates when mandatory posting requirements change. Plans also include account support and financial coverage if poster content becomes outdated due to our error.
- Compliance plan options: Choose a one-, two- or three-year plan, with cancellation available at any time. Review how to cancel an online subscription if your needs change, and receive free shipping on updates after your initial shipment.
- Poster sets: Rhode Island and federal poster sets are available for employers that prefer a one-time purchase. These sets provide current materials, but your organization will need to track later posting changes internally.
