  • Applies to accidents on or after April 25, 2013
  • New time limits by which employees must notify employer or risk denial of claim. Employee must notify employer within the earliest of three dates, and two have been shortened:
    • 20 days from date of accident or injury instead of previous 30 days
    • 10 days after employee’s last day of work instead of previous 20 days
  • Change from publication number WC 40 to WC 40-A
  • Revision Date of 4/13
